1.) Packaging: The Potting Shed packages, primarily, using a shrink-wrapping
process to safely supend merchandise in the center of "kraft" colored cardboard boxes. Unless otherwise instructed, merchandise from
an order is grouped together in a box to minimize freight charges. Individual packaging of merchandise can be done for an additional
fee.
PLEASE NOTE: The Potting Shed does not have the current capability
to gift wrap orders. Orders to be shipped, and merchandise purchased here in The Potting Shed Outlet Store can, however, be specially
packaged to make it easier for you to wrap for gift giving.
2.) Shipping: The Potting Shed ships primarily with United Parcel Service to any address in their system,
within the 50 states of the USA. Orders placed by mail or e-mail, this website and/or the telephone can be shipped directly
to your home or office address. If more convenient for you, we can ship ordered merchandise directly to a third party (drop-ship)
for you - saving you the time and expense of re-shipment. When shipping to a third party we can, upon your request, include
a gift card with your message written upon it.
Freight is added to your
bill and will be reflected on the shipping invoice.
Shipping
to addresses outside of the United States can be arranged on a special basis at an additional expense.
3.) Monogramming: An order of Potting Shed products can be made even more special by adding a special
pattern, initials, a name(s), a date, and/or a special saying. Please contact
us (978-369-1382) for more information on monogramming.
